Shorewest, Realtors® offices had a record breaking April for properties sold, property listings and overall sales. Shorewest helped residents of southeast Wisconsin take advantage of the Home Buyer Tax Credit before it expired April 30. Shorewest had 1,130 closings, which is a 68% increase compared to April of 2009.
